Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed before shipping. This timeframe allows me to carefully create each item just for you.

At Sew Cute, each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because I do not keep large quantities of stock, orders are placed and prepared on Friday afternoons of each week.

Pre-Orders:

Items listed as pre-order may have extended turn around times beyond the standard 2-3 weeks. Estimated preorder timelines will in included in the product description.

If your order included both pre-order and regular items, your entire order will ship once all items are completed. If you would like items shipped separately, must must purchase separate shipping for each shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Sew Cute is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier or incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.

If you need a item by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Because most Sew Cute items are custom made or personalized, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on my end (incorrect item or defect), please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right.

Sew Cute is not responsible for sizing issues, normal wear and tear or improper care. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
